Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear.
If it’s not right, no problem — we’ve got you.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.


Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Original packaging included
  • Proof of purchase required

Start a return

Email us at info@ridenf.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you want to return

We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA#) and instructions.

👉 Returns sent without an RA# will not be accepted.


Return shipping

  • Return shipping and duties are not covered
  • You’ll need to send us tracking within 7 days of receiving your RA#

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified of approval
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing can take up to 10 business days (plus your bank’s processing time)

Late returns

We try to be fair:

  • 30–60 days: 50% refund (excluding shipping & duties)
  • 60+ days: No refund — but check out our trade-in program

  2. Place a new order

Damaged or incorrect items

Check your order when it arrives.

If something’s off, email us right away at info@ridenf.com and we’ll make it right.

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or special orders

EU customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason.

Items must still meet the standard return conditions.
