We build gear to be ridden hard — and we stand behind it.

Right now, we’re a small operation, so our repair capacity is limited. But if something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to find a solution that makes sense.

 

Repairs

Crashes happen. Gear takes a beating. We hear ya.

We don’t currently run a full repair program, but we’re always open to helping where we can.

If your gear needs repair:

  • Wash the item first
  • Email info@ridenf.com with:
    • Your order number (if available)
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the damage

We’ll take a look and let you know:

  • If we can repair it
  • Or recommend the best next step

👉 Turnaround time and availability will vary depending on workload.

Warranty

All NF garments are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Design flaws

This does not cover:

  • Damage from crashes, abrasion, or normal wear and tear
  • Use outside of intended riding conditions

We design our products specifically for mountain biking. Use outside that scope may void warranty at our discretion.
