Politique d'expédition

We ship direct to you from our factory in Vancouver, British Columbia.

1. IN-STOCK SHIPPING TIMES:
(a) Free Shipping to Canada to USA on purchases over $200 (shipping has gone up a lot!)
- usually takes 4 - 8 business days from the time it leaves our factory until the time it arrives at your door.
- The free shipping option to USA does not include a tracking number and can be subject to random inspection at Customs. This is out of our control and we cannot accept any responsibility for anything that happens once the package leaves the factory.

(b) Shipping to the rest of the world
- usually takes 12 - 28 business days, in some cases (international surface) 24-84 business days from the time it leaves our factory until the time it arrives at your door.
- The cheapest shipping option to the rest of the world does not include a tracking number and can be subject to random inspection at Customs. This is out of our control and we cannot accept any responsibility for anything that happens once the package leaves the factory.

2. PRE-ORDER SHIPPING TIMES
(a) New product launches and outerwear (jackets, pants, shorts, bags, etc)
- Although we do own the factory in which we produce our goods, we are still subject to unforeseen delays, issues with raw materials, and general incidents that may happen during the course of the production process.
- The ship date given at the time of a limited pre-order release is a general date in which we expect to ship the products. If you are not willing to wait past that given date please do not put yourself (and us) in a stressful predicament where you are unhappy with our tardiness - in other words, do not pre-order. One thing that we can guarantee you is that we will do whatever we can to ship on the given date, but some things are out of our control.

3. FACTORY PICK-UP (notice required!)
(a) If you are in the area we welcome a visit to the factory to pick up your order. We may even give you a little tour of where it all happens if time permits.
- we do recommend a little heads-up however as we may be in meetings with other rad bike companies, or in the trails.
