Perfect summer short

I really like the weight of the fabric and breathability. The length is great for me (I have stubby legs so appreciate the slightly shorter cut). I use these mountain biking and gravel riding and they work great for both. The zippered pocket works great for my cellphone (pixel 8). The standard pockets are really deep and so seem safe for keys, park pass, etc. but my paranoia would love to see another small zippered pocket or even a key lanyard just in case.

I just submitted my review and messed up on the number of stars. It should be a five star review. These are truly great shorts.

One short to rule them all

These shorts are excellent, the weight and stretch of the fabric is everything you want in a bike short. I went for a relaxed fit and they are great to wearing to the office in the morning and out in the trails in the afternoon. The classic pockets are deep enough to not have to worry about loosing anything out of them.

Inferior to the lightweight trail short

These shorts are fine. The light weight trail shorts are superior. Hopefully these are not a replacement for that product.
