Shipping & Delivery
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We usually ship products on Mondays and Thursdays. If your order was in stock (not a pre-order) than your order will ship on the following ship day.
My shipment appears to be stuck in customs, what can I do?
We recommend calling your local post office and tell them your tracking number. They will have more information. If your package is lost let us know and we can process a claim.
There is no option for in-store pickup. Can I still do in-store pick up even though you do not offer that option, and do not have a store?
Unfortunately, our new office is not open to the public and we are not able to facilitate pickups for online orders.
Where is NF product shipped from?
All NF products are shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver, British Columbia but we are working on a warehouse in USA as well.
Returns & Exchanges

I want to return an item. Do you offer return shipping labels?
We do not currently offer free return shipping labels on changes of heart, changes of size, or international orders. If we sent you the wrong item by mistake we will take care of the return shipping.
For an exchange do I set up a return and then I just repurchase the size I want?
We have two options. 1: You can send back your current item and once we receive it, we can send out the replacement. 2: The quicker option is that you can order your new item online then we can send the refund on the original purchase once we've receive them in our warehouse.

What is covered under warranty?
Blown seams, zippers, delaminated graphics are covered for one year from the date of purchase. If purchased from a shop we'd need a receipt.
Can you alter my garment?
Yes.
- extending or shortening hems on pants/shorts
- shortening sleeves on jerseys.
- converting jerseys to 3/4 or short sleeves
How much do repairs cost that are outside of the one year warranty period?
Simple - Beer
Moderate - $30
Complex - $50+
We will give you an estimate ahead of time.
How much do alterations cost?
$30 for extensions
$20 for shortening
